Magical Experience

It started out as a magic trick that everyone had seen before – rings going through rings and some help from the audience. Although the performance began that way, it started to get better, and the famous magician Barry Gordemer once again had an excited crowd. For the most part.

In his class on Thursday afternoon, Barry Gordemer began to speak about his interest in ghosts going through walls. Moments later, Gordemer whipped out several silver rings saying this trick helped in his understanding of how one solid object can go through another.

Ryan Venezia was sitting front and center when Gordemer began the trick.

This large chain of rings was shown to the entire audience. Kelsey Giordano who was actually able to participate in the magic trick, commented on her reaction.

Gordemer’s students applauded him as he performed and when he finished his trick. Carly Ferreira reports on how she feels after watching the magic trick.

Gordemer ended the performance by banging all of the rings together and magically pulled all of the linked rings off each other to become separate.
